These terms cover use of this website and the plumbing services we provide across South Carolina.
Quotes and pricing
Prices quoted are flat prices for the work described and agreed at the time of quoting. If additional or different work is found to be necessary, we will stop, explain what we found and provide a separate quote before proceeding. Prices published on this website are indicative only and any binding price is the one given to you directly.
Scheduling
Arrival windows are estimates given in good faith. Emergency call-outs take priority and can move scheduled appointments, in which case we will contact you as soon as we know.
Website content
The troubleshooting guidance on this site is general information for South Carolina homeowners. It is not a substitute for an inspection of your specific property. Do not attempt work involving gas, electricity or structural elements on the basis of a web page.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where the law allows limitation, our liability for any single job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
