Water Leak Repair questions

How do you find a leak you can't see?

We start at the meter to confirm loss, isolate sections of the system to narrow down which line is involved, then use acoustic listening and pressure testing to pin the spot. Opening a wall is the last step, not the first.

My bill is high but I can't see any water. Is that possible?

Very. Underground service line leaks and slab leaks can run for months into the ground with nothing showing indoors. A meter test takes a few minutes and settles it.

Do you fix the drywall afterwards?

We make the access opening as small as the repair allows and leave the site clean and dry. Finish carpentry and painting are separate trades, and we will tell you plainly what the patch will involve.
