One number, 271 cities, and a way of pricing that does not change once the van is in the driveway.
We are a plumbing company covering the whole of South Carolina, from the Upstate through the Midlands and the Pee Dee to the coast. Emergency call-outs make up a large part of the work, but most days are ordinary: water heaters, drains, leaking fixtures, sewer lines and the occasional whole-house repipe.
Because that is when plumbing fails. Pipes burst on the coldest night of the year, water heaters give up on holiday weekends, and drains back up at the worst possible hour. A company that only answers between nine and five is not much use for any of it, so our lines are staffed around the clock and a person picks up.
Hourly billing puts the risk on the customer. If the job is awkward, if access is difficult, if the plumber is unfamiliar with that fixture, the meter keeps running and you pay for all of it. Flat pricing puts that risk back where it belongs. We diagnose first, quote a number, and that number is what appears on the invoice.
It also means we have every reason to get the diagnosis right the first time, which is the part that actually saves people money.
An overtime premium is a charge for the customer's bad luck. A pipe that bursts at midnight on a Saturday is not a decision anyone made. We price the repair, not the clock.
We will not quote for a replacement when a repair will hold. We will not open a wall on a guess when locating equipment would find the fault first. And we will not give you a number that changes once the work has started.
We dispatch by region rather than from a single office, so the van sent to your address is normally the one already closest to it. That is the practical reason our arrival windows are shorter than they would otherwise be, and it is why we can offer same-day service in towns a long way from the interstate.
Open 24 hours, 7 days, holidays included.
“He found the slab leak in about twenty minutes with a listening device, marked the spot, and cut a hole the size of a dinner plate instead of the floor I was dreading.”
Tom W.Homeowner“The tankless install was done exactly right, including upsizing the gas line, which two other quotes had skipped entirely.”
Vernon E.Homeowner“Polite, tidy, and he put down covers without being asked. Small thing, but it told me a lot about how the rest of the job would go.”
Ceyda M.HomeownerWe answer 24 hours a day across South Carolina. Flat price agreed before the work starts.
