What customers say

“Old cast iron drain was cracked under the floor. They gave me a written plan, stuck to it, and cleaned up so well I could not tell where they had been.”

Douglas H.Homeowner

“They manage plumbing for three of our properties now. One number, one invoice, and tenants stop calling me at midnight.”

Lorraine D.Property manager

“Our main line had backed up twice in six months. This time they put a camera down it and showed me the root ball on the screen. First time anyone had bothered to explain why it kept happening.”

Repiping questions

How long will I be without water?

We stage the work so water is back on each evening. Most homes in South Carolina take two to four days end to end depending on size and how many baths there are.

PEX or copper?

PEX is faster to install, tolerates freezing far better and needs fewer joints inside walls. Copper is rigid, UV-stable and what some people simply prefer. We will quote both and tell you which we would put in our own house and why.

Do you patch the drywall?

We cut clean, square openings and can close and patch them ready for paint. Painting and texture matching are quoted separately so you can use your own decorator if you prefer.
