Same-day service across Aiken & CSRA

Our Burnettown customers call about sewer line repair for all sorts of reasons, and the first job is always the same: work out what is actually happening rather than treating the symptom that is easiest to see.

What sewer line repair in Burnettown involves

Camera inspection with the footage shown to you
Root intrusion cut out and the joint sealed
Offset and separated joints reset
Collapsed clay and cast iron sections replaced
Trenchless lining where the run allows it
Line located and marked before any digging

Why Burnettown customers call us about this

Sewage backing up into the lowest drain: A blockage or break on the main run
One patch of lawn is greener than the rest: Effluent feeding the grass from a cracked pipe
Repeat main line clogs every few months: Roots or an offset joint catching solids
Ground sinking along the sewer route: Soil washing into a broken pipe
Sewage smell in the yard: Gas escaping through a fractured section

What customers say

“Water heater died on a Saturday with a house full of family. New one was in and running the same afternoon and they took the old tank with them.”

Ray K.Homeowner

“Toilet was overflowing at six in the morning on a holiday weekend. Answered live, arrived in forty minutes, no holiday surcharge.”

Curtis A.Homeowner

“Our main line had backed up twice in six months. This time they put a camera down it and showed me the root ball on the screen. First time anyone had bothered to explain why it kept happening.”

Questions about sewer line repair in Burnettown

Do you have to dig up my yard?

Not always. Where the run is straight enough and the pipe is still round, we can line it from existing access points. Where a section has collapsed, that part has to be dug. The camera footage decides it, and you see the footage before you decide anything.

Who owns the sewer line, me or the city?

In most Burnettown properties the homeowner owns the lateral from the house to the main in the street, including the part under the sidewalk. We will show you where the responsibility line falls for your address.

Is a sewer repair covered by insurance?

Standard policies often exclude the pipe itself but cover the resulting water damage, and some carriers sell a service line rider. Our written report gives your adjuster the cause and the location.

What payment do you take?

Cards, checks and bank transfer. For commercial accounts we can invoice on terms.

Will you tell me if something does not need fixing?

Yes, and it happens often. If a repair will hold, we say so rather than selling you a replacement. If a unit is genuinely at the end of its life, we will show you why we think so instead of asking you to take our word for it.
