“Called at ten at night with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Someone actually picked up, and a van was outside within the hour. He shut it down, found the split joint upstairs and had it repaired before midnight.”
Denise R.Homeowner“Second opinion after another company told me I needed a full sewer replacement. Turned out to be a single offset joint. Saved me thousands.”
Gerald B.Homeowner“He found the slab leak in about twenty minutes with a listening device, marked the spot, and cut a hole the size of a dinner plate instead of the floor I was dreading.”
Tom W.HomeownerIf the house predates the 1980s it is one of the cheapest inspections you can buy relative to what it can find. A failed lateral is a five-figure surprise that no standard home inspection covers.
Yes, sent to you the same day, along with a written note of what we saw and where.
We dispatch to Whitmire and the surrounding towns every day, and the van that comes to you is the one already nearest your address. That is what keeps the arrival window short.
You get a flat price for the job before any work begins, so the number you hear at the door is the number on the invoice. There is no hourly meter running and no extra charge for nights, weekends or holidays.
