We find it before we open anything, so the repair is small. Flat price agreed before we start, and no extra charge for nights, weekends or holidays.
Same-day service across Beaufort & JasperOur Estill customers call about leak detection for all sorts of reasons, and the first job is always the same: work out what is actually happening rather than treating the symptom that is easiest to see.
Tell us what is happening and we will give you an arrival window and a flat price before anyone picks up a tool.
We reach Estill and the towns around it every day. Call (888) 809-6756 and we will give you an arrival window before you hang up.
“Old cast iron drain was cracked under the floor. They gave me a written plan, stuck to it, and cleaned up so well I could not tell where they had been.”
Douglas H.Homeowner“Water heater died on a Saturday with a house full of family. New one was in and running the same afternoon and they took the old tank with them.”
Ray K.Homeowner“Called at ten at night with water coming through the kitchen ceiling. Someone actually picked up, and a van was outside within the hour. He shut it down, found the split joint upstairs and had it repaired before midnight.”
Denise R.HomeownerIt is what keeps the repair small. Opening walls on a guess costs far more in drywall than the detection costs, and it often misses the first time.
On pressurised lines we normally get within a foot or so, which is one access opening rather than several.
We dispatch to Estill and the surrounding towns every day, and the van that comes to you is the one already nearest your address. That is what keeps the arrival window short.
Cards, checks and bank transfer. For commercial accounts we can invoice on terms.
